شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

· Perform a corrective maintenance in case of outage, and update the FO shift engineer

· Follow operational end to end action with the subcontractors to erase the network Problem.

· Trouble-shooting and repair equipment breakdown ( Huawei equipment )

· Verify network installations and activities are performed according to safety rules.

· Support Network integration for the integration of elements, and ensure all alarms are cleared before any confirmation

· Receive Work Order/CR, check and confirm if any problem can be issued during the execution, inform the management in case of issues.

· Check before leaving the sites, and confirm the clearance for all the alarms with the Front office engineer

· Follow Spare part management process and respect send and receive Radio spare part for reparation within the agreed SLA.

· Ensure all the information regarding the trouble (Alarms, Customer complaints) is completed in the system (Trouble Ticket /Network Database).

· Ensure all the change is done in the network are updated and confirmed in the change request tools.

· Be responsible to have full information regarding the materials, equipment and routing plan for his updated region (Soft & Hard).

· Ensure the Subcontractors are respecting the operational processes.

Requirements:
· B.Sc. in Electronic/ Telecommunication or other related fields

· Fully understand the O&M environment & Requirement.

· Experienced on Huawei RAN parts

· Field maintenance activity management.

· At least 2 years’ experience in Telecom implementation

· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).

· Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and the Customer requests.

· Rigor & Organization.

· Subcontractor Management.
