شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Key Activities :

Execute upgrades or deployment of application (software) packages and remote distribution to workstations and users.
Ensure database management for new product is conducted according to IT policies.
Coordinate IT tools maintenance with monitoring of incidents and problems for quick resolutions.
Provide support and training to operation and support layer.
Set up KPI performance and report timely on the performance.
Anticipate and ensure execution for upgrades or deployments of application (software) packages and remote distribution to workstations and users.
Vendor management in terms of using outsource services for developing features or products , managing source codes handover , ..
Ensure development of the application specifications according to the end user requirements.
Validate the time plan submitted and make recommendations when necessary.
Follow development and testing phases with respect to the validated time plan.
Report to senior management deviations from plan and propose recovery plans.
Organize the acceptance test and the Friendly User test and follow up on corrections or improvements with Business Analyst/Process& Quality team as required.
Execute security test according to the Company guidelines.
Follow or execute application deployments and trainings.
Ensure to get the transfer of knowledge from the third party.
Ensure to get the proper documentations required.

Key Professional Competencies:

Installation, configuration and management of Windows and UNIX systems.
Strong knowledge on major current standard Software languages. Python, PhP, .NET
Strong knowledge of application development methodology.
Project Management.
Strong knowledge of Database

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 5 years of related experience and BS degree in technical fields. In case of having an associated degree should have at least 7 years of related experience.
IT standards Certification or equivalent.
According to Iranian Job Classification Principles, replacement of Working Experience and Education is also possible for this position.
