شرح موقعیت شغلی

The key Responsibilities:

Radio Optimization of LTE networks to trouble shoot and improve KPIs
VoLTE Optimization experience
Analysis of LTE KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems
Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
Perform root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet target KPIs
Recommend parameter changes to improve performance and prepare status reports.
Implementation of new features and tuning LTE radio network parameters
Implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of RAN database parameters
Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
Interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related services, according to the solutions portfolio
Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise
Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness

Qualifications & Experience:

HUAWEI EXPERIENCE A MUST
A minimum of 2 years work experience on LTE RF Optimization (Huawei)
A minimum of 1 years work experience on VoLTE (Huawei)
A minimum of 5 years work experience in RF Optimization for LTE / UMTS / GSM.(Huawei)
Expert knowledge of LTE KPIs - expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
Expertise with RF DT measurement tools (ex TEMS) and post-processing tools (ex. Actix)
End-user / customer problem investigation
Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise
Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
Provide technical training on multi-vendor, multi-technology and multi-band networks
Develop processes and guidelines
Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
Team player, open communication and ability to work in international team
Solid leadership skills
Customer relationship management
Excellent Communication skills
Having rich experinec on using tools such as Mapinfo, Google Earth, Actix, TEMS, and OSS
