Provide input on strategies and tactics regarding platforms, tools and technical staffing to meet customer needs.
Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
Validate business intelligence reports, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
Monitor and control budgets and detailed planning in line with the business strategy.
Cascade the budget process: ensure project reviews and assist the operational managers in consolidating the different forecasts and coordinate budget controls.

Monitor Business Unit/project revenue and cost plan on periodic level for the entire duration of project in the systems in line with project management guidelines
Controlling the operation expenses documents in daily basis and aligning with the Budget control procedures.

Perform deviation analysis vs. actual revenue and cost, and identify the reasons for deviations.

Evaluate individual and collective objective achievements in consultancy with the department manager.
Optimize and improve the team performance in terms of organization and proper size. Highlight specific training needs.
Supervise and follow up the team’s day to day activities, define priorities, and choose orientations.
Ensure proper management of contractors purchase ordering and invoicing processes in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Ensure timely issuing of subcontractors and contractors purchase orders.

At least 7 years of related experience and MS degree in technical fields.
