- Conduct the Policies, Instructions and SOPs in terms of warehouse and properties. - Conduct Stock Inventory Inspection regularly (every 6 months) and check the equipment including new-added, delivered, expired, stolen, missed, damaged and etc. ones. - Keep the warehouse part of ERP updated by transferring delivery and return SMRs. - Ensure classifying and categorizing all the devices and materials in warehouse in order to be structured routinely. - Label the delivered devices and equipment according to series numbers, clarify them regularly and create warehouse receipt for each one. - Keep accurate and detailed records of assets and ensure that information or details about goods or items are correct. - Receive the materials ad devices from the suppliers and ensure delivering them to the clients precisely, generating delivery receipt. - Prepare a detailed list of warehouse asset especially damaged and stolen devices and equipment regularly and share it with Facilities Manager. - Manage and oversee technical, operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of commercial or industrial facility properties. - Keep the properties list updated continuously for all the buildings, rooms and sections. - Plan for collecting the damaged and unusable materials and sell them in cooperation with the relevant departments by preparing MOMs in details. - Keep the financial record of portable properties and submit them in Properties Record Note or the related software. - Issue the Exit Approval of all devices and materials needed to be moved out of the buildings in case of an emergency by the management confirmation. - Contribute to the overall success of the Property Control by performing all other duties and responsibilities. - Collaborate with all the involved departments such as SCM, Finance, HSE, etc. in terms of properties update. - Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
