شرح موقعیت شغلی

The key Responsibilities :

· Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.

· Monitor timely flow of business intelligence information to users.

· Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.

· Analyze business or financial data to help a better decision making.

· Cascade the budget process: ensure project reviews and assist the operational managers in consolidating the different forecasts and coordinate budget controls.

· Prepare and cascade 3-month budget forecasts.

· Monitor Business Unit/project revenue and cost plan on periodic level for the entire duration of project in the systems in line with project management guidelines.

· Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs.

· Uses financial data from multiple data sources to respond to all budget formulation and execution requirements of the organization.

· Plan, collect and report project financial execution metrics.

· Verify the actual Cost of business units/projects and analyze and report the gap between budgeted and actual cost.

· Verify the actual revenue of business units/projects and analyze and report the gap between budgeted and actual revenue.

· Issue alert in case of significant gaps, and analyze and recommend corrective action plans.

· Reviews cost impact of employee’s suggestions.

· Collect relevant information for cost analysis purposes and propose action plans.

· Perform deviation analysis vs. actual revenue and cost of company and identify the reasons for deviations.

· Generate daily, weekly and monthly data reports for business review.

Key Professional Competencies:

· Contract overview.

· Project management.

· Knowledge of the business and telecommunications industry.

· Understanding of other function in the Company.

· Accuracy in budget controlling and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

· At least 3 years of related experience and BS degree in technical fields.
