شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
- Help organize and lead meetings to gather and validate the business requirements.
- Understand the business processes, solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization.
- Configure and document SAP ERP designs (BBP, spec documentation) both in Persian and English.
- Receive and test the system against business requirements, execute unit testing and end to end process testing.
- Support key users and end users in all phases of the projects.
- Collect, clean and control the master data.
- Prepare the training documents and train key users and end users.
- Work with SAP ERP consultants, developers and analyze requirements to be integrated with other systems.
- Assign the required authorization in SAP ERP environment to the users.

Requirements:
- At least B.S. or M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, IT and industrial Management, Computer Engineering or MBA.
- Work experience in ERP implementation projects especially SAP ERP system (configuring, implementing and supporting).
- Work experience in business processes in sales, logistics, material management and procurement would be an advantage.
- Ability to perform as a multi-task effectively in a multi-project environment.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with telecommunication industry, process documentation (BPMN, UML or other process notations), ITIL would be an advantage.
- Ideal Age: less than 35 years
- Holding the Military Service card is necessary for men.
