شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Execute upgrades or deployment of application (software) packages and remote distribution to workstations and users.
Ensure database management for new product is conducted according to IT policies.
Coordinate IT tools maintenance with monitoring of incidents and problems for quick resolutions.
Provide support and training to layer 2 engineers.
Set up KPI performance and report timely on the performance.
Anticipate and ensure execution for upgrades or deployments of application (software) packages and remote distribution to workstations and users.

Requirements:

Professional PHP programmer
Expertise with Laravel
Expertise with in MySQL
Familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Familiar with Git
Work experience with web service
5 years’ experience as developer preferably in the telecom environment.
Relevant IT Industry related certifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations V.3
Intermediate English.
