شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Communicate the conceptual designs and create/maintain the project documentation before, during, and after the construction.
Develop and maintain the design standards, design prototypes, and template specifications related to the site designs.
Coordinate with Due Diligence teams to determine the site selection criteria and review the Due Diligence reports.
Create, review, and release the design RFPs.
Manage our external civil/structural/architectural design consultants through the design and construction process.
Communicate the design standards effectively with the internal and external project partners.
Manage the multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
Think outside of the box to find the innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability.
Travel for the site assessments, internal design meetings, construction review, and interface with the authorities having jurisdiction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
At least B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
Upper-Intermediate English knowledge in all skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc.).
