Compilation of market analysis documents related to product and business and preparation and presentation of descriptive and analytical management reports
Researching and searching English and Farsi internet resources for benchmarking similar and successful domestic and foreign products
Leading and supervising multi-functional teams, especially among engineering, sales, marketing and product support teams, and preparing and prioritizing and sharing product roadmaps with different team members
Forming a new product from scratch and initial testing of product hypotheses and forming the right MVP
Extracting product marketing methods by focusing on existing methods in the field of digital marketing
Managing the product development process with the help of correct and effective communication with the UI/UX designer, technical team and other product stakeholders.
Defining product success metrics and measuring them
Requirements:
Acquaintance with new technologies in business and knowledge of digital business players including start-ups, companies and organizations active in this field and high networking ability and development of interactions
Adequate command of the English language
Familiar with the concepts of contracts, memorandums, agreements, tenders, etc.
Adequate ability to work with Microsoft Office software
Familiarity with product development and API concepts
Familiarity with agile approach and tools, principles of project management and product management tools
Ability to think strategically and use data to make decisions and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Having the spirit of teamwork and coaching and high public relations and team building ability
Ability to multitask
Ability to develop individual skills and interested in continuous learning at a high learning rate
Skilled in negotiation and persuasion techniques
Having decision-making skills and crisis management ability
Having a systemic and critical view and thinking
Ability to plan, set goals, supervise and identify priorities
At least 2 years of related work experience in product management and internet technologies
Experience and business literacy and employment in the startup environment in this field
Having experience in producing digital products (application and website)
Experience leading at least one software product from requirements definition to implementation and deployment
