Observe and manage Implemented Network Operations Process /Procedures in coordination with the different NO departments.
Observe Network Operation Performance based on defined Process/Procedures.
Update processes according to new strategy plan and identify the control points.
Discover problematic devices in Mobile Network with frequent outages and inform related teams.
Investigate on the outages to find the real reason of outages.
Follow up till the provided solution being implemented and observe till the stability of device.
Monitor and manage the performance of services provided by external and internal service providers as agreed in relevant SLAs and contracts.
Ensure that the service levels are achieved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Monitor KPI daily/Weekly basis to improve the network Performance.
Ensure SLAs are measured and achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded).
Drive service improvement and customer satisfaction.
Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management summary and detailed performance reports.
Evaluate accuracy and Quality of NO departments based on Trouble Ticket.
Find lack of process/procedures in NO departments.
Provide solution for those issues that find in TT Audit result.
Prepare Action points for related teams based on TT audit result.
