شرح موقعیت شغلی

The key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
Prepare research reports.
Analyze consumer trends.
Conduct surveys in organizations.
Establish business management methods.
Measure effectiveness of business strategies or practices.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).
Identify the underly principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text.
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buy habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborate with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales.
Serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
At least BS degree in related fields.
Intermediate English.
Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
Ability to Travel.
