شرح موقعیت شغلی

key responsibilities:

  •  Determining target markets and appropriate priorities for activities between domestic operators, including national roaming, frequency sharing, domestic interconnection and management of virtual operators.
  •  Design and development of roaming services that can be provided to domestic virtual operators
  •  Designing and developing suitable models with internal and virtual operators
  •  Business plans for optimal management of financial transactions and tariffs
  •  Carrying out assessment and verification of virtual operators for the possibility of cooperation
  •  Carrying out commercial affairs related to setting up contracts and memorandums of understanding with domestic and virtual operators, including holding a feasibility meeting, obtaining licenses and other information
  •  Interaction with the operators of the contracting party in order to implement and provide services
  •   Interaction with regulatory organization in order to ensure compliance of activities with related requirements and approvals.
  •  Supervising financial affairs, contracts and following up on the company's demands from operators and domestic companies of the contracting party 
  •  Monitoring the performance of operators of the contracting party and ensuring the full implementation of obligations
  •   Tariffing of services that can be provided in the field of national roaming/interconnection of virtual operators
  •   Dealing with and responding to possible problems of operators and contracting party companies
  •   Continuous supervision and monitoring of service quality and ensuring that no violations occur
  •   Ensuring the correctness of the information received from the interconnection and national roaming systems in order to prepare the period status statement for issuing invoices or confirming the invoices received from the mutual operator.
  •   Carrying out all necessary measures to resolve discrepancies in case of discrepancies, including correspondence/preparing reports/holding meetings if needed/calling and coordinating with the technical departments of the company and mutual operator
  •   Interaction with internal and external units of the General Administration in order to implement services in the field of national roaming / frequency sharing / mutual connection and virtual operators and other related measures
  •   Participation and effective presence in the councils and working groups that are specified by the company's regulations.
  •   General information on issues related to occupational health and safety and environmental aspects in order to increase the health of employees, work productivity and administrative health of the unit
  •   Carrying out related measures regarding reducing administrative waste, reducing occupational accidents and diseases, reducing and controlling environmental pollution in order to reduce damage caused by accidents and non-compliance with the requirements of the occupational health and safety system. 
  •   Identify the risks of occupational health and safety risks and environmental aspects related to the activities of your office in order to eliminate the occupational health and safety risks of the related environment.
  •   Increasing preparedness in response to emergency situations in order to increase the amount and level of preparedness of employees under supervision in response to emergency situations
  •   General information related to network safety in order to increase the health of employees/work productivity and administrative health of the unit.
  •   Identifying risks and network safety risks related to your administrative activities in order to eliminate related occupational health safety risks
