Follow the creation of the new network element in the OMC’s via receiving the Radio CR/WO, check the parameters, and highlight in case of anomalies.
Support Network integration of the new network elements, and ensure all alarms are cleared before any confirmation.
Verify that RAN network installations and activities are performed according to safety rules.
Ensure the CR executions are done with respect of the technical processes.
Ensure all the Change Requests are done within the approved timeline without affecting the quality of the network, and ensure global check-up after the execution.
Ensure the execution of the WO/CR within the SLA.
Ensure the execution of the critical WO/CR during low traffic.
Report and address without delay any deviations and anomalies.
Ensure all the information regarding the Radio change is completed in the system (Trouble Ticket system/CRM/Network Database).
Ensure all the Radio changes done in the network are updated and confirmed in the change request tools.
Attend/arrange meetings internally within a team or with the customer and is responsible to ensure the quality service.
Attend the Crisis Committee, and provide all the needed support during crisis period.
Provides support to the RAN/TRS teams in the field to enhance their competences, and to ensure their compliance with the Company's standards and regulations.
Co-ordinate internally with other departments/sections in order to ease and facilitate the progress for all activities related to the RAN O&M domain.
Ensure the tasks related to his shift are executed within the agreed timeline.
Prepare KPIs regarding the performance of the Shift in charge.
Confirm to the all the concerned team the integration of the new Radio/TRS element without reserves, in case reserves need to be highlighted, and request to remove all the reserves before putting the element network on air.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant technical field.
Vendor(Ericsson) experience of minimum 1 years in fault management and configuration management.
Experience in system upgrades, expansions & health checks of the network.
Familiar with Network Operation and technical support work flow.
At least MS/BS degree in related majors such as Electrical engineering, etc.
Working knowledge in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests.
Availability to work after office hours, and be able to relocate with in the country.
Ability to travel without advance notice throughout the area of Managed Services.
