We are seeking a skilled product designer who can handle A/B testing, design systems, follow design trends, and has experience with websites that have users. The ideal candidate should have:

Responsibilitie:

- Lead the design of new products and features, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the design meets user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards, using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and implement design systems that maintain consistency and scalability in the design of the product.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize the design and improve key metrics, such as conversion rates or user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the design process as appropriate.
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices to help the team grow and improve.

Requirments:

- A proven track record of conducting successful A/B tests and making informed design decisions based on the results.
- Expertise in creating and implementing design systems to maintain consistency and scalability in the design of a product.
- A passion for design and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience designing for users and incorporating user feedback into design decisions.
- A portfolio that showcases their previous work, with a focus on successful projects for websites or products with a large user base.
- Experience with designing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- The ability to lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation.
- The capability to develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process.
- The ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards.
- The willingness to continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
