شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Manager in platform tribe, your primary responsibility is increasing the system's efficiency by making data-driven decisions, identifying priorities, planning, and delivering the best-in-class experience for our customers. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.

Tasks in detail:
- Internalizing and deeply understanding the organization's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of your particular product.
- Being customer-centric: Placing the customer at the center of all decisions. Trying to create customer loyalty in every decision.
- Being data-driven: Should be able to forge data into insightful information and know-how to use data in the decision-making process.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate the requirements and solution properly and be aligned with all of the stakeholders in the Company.
- Driving cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Owning innovating, defining, and planning deliverables (road map) of entirely new products and product features to deliver against the team and company goals.
- Requiring challenging members of each functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively, and then focusing that energy on execution plans.
- Driving definition and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing.
- Monitoring and measuring launched products and feeding insights into the product development process.
- Communicating product plans, benefits, and results as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to all employees and riders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Great team player: should be able to deal with business and technical entities.
- Perfection seeker: from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on.
- Driver personality: biased toward action, great collaborator, master of simplifying, and always pushing toward clarity and delivery.
- Fast learner: must maintain his knowledge updated with rapid changes in the industry.
- Genuine passion for the company's charter and hybrid technology/operations nature.
- Having an MBA, Computer Science, or Engineering degree is a plus.
- Having experience in the Optimization field is a plus.
- Being fluent in English is a plus.

همه‌ی تلاش مستربلیط این است که سفر کردن را برای انسان‌ها آسان‌تر و دلنشین‌تر کند و فرصت رشد و توسعه ی انسانی را از این طریق فراهم کند.
داستان مستر بلیط از بهمن ماه سال 1394 و با اولین فروش آنلاین بلیط هواپیما در کشور آغاز شد.مستر بلیط به صورت مداوم به پیشرفت خود ادامه داد و اکنون به جایی رسیده که به یکی از بهترین ارائه دهندگان خدمات گردشگری در کشور تبدیل شده است.
مستربلیط به عنوان یک پلتفرم آنلاین در حوزه گردشگری در زمینه فروش بلیط هواپیما، قطار، اتوبوس و سواری به مردم و سازمان‌ها فعالیت می‌کند که در حال حاضر حدود ۱۰۰ نفر از جوانان کشور عزیزمان تلاش می‌کنند تا خانواده مستربلیط را به جای بهتری برای زندگی انسان ها تبدیل کنند.
