Job Summary:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mrbilit, you will lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring our brand’s visual identity is impactful, consistent, and aligned with marketing objectives. Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll create visually compelling digital and print assets that communicate our brand effectively to our target audience. Your role will require both creative vision and technical expertise to produce designs that enhance user experience, strengthen brand standards, and maintain high-quality visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight and Design Creation

Oversee all design projects, guiding them from concept through to final delivery.
Produce engaging and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print ads, website banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, translating objectives into compelling visual concepts and designs.

Brand Consistency and Visual Language

Generate original ideas and concepts while adhering to brand guidelines, industry best practices, and current design trends.
Help establish and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistent visual language and organization across all assets.
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, that enhance storytelling and reinforce the brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with teams across marketing, product development, and UX/UI to align and maintain consistency in visual design strategies.
Increase user-friendliness in digital products through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Efficient Workflow and Quality Management

Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software, maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
Ensure timely project delivery by liaising with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Industry Awareness and Innovation

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, and design trends, incorporating relevant advancements into Mrbilit’s visual strategy.

Requirements and Skills

Experience: Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
Branding Expertise: Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Digital Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with digital standards, latest web technologies, image optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of completed design projects.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to visual details and commitment to high-quality work.
Time Management and Teamwork: Ability to meet deadlines and effectively collaborate within a team environment.
