شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join us. To lead the software development team within the Company. The software delivered to customers and project teams should be developed with the right level of quality, schedule, and Company standards when applicable. The software delivered is fully tested and documented. This person shall be part of our technical team and contribute directly to the development of our applications, products and services.

Some of the key technologies used in the team:

Frontend: Angular 12
Backend: PHP - Laravel - Symfony - Python
Technologies: Docker, Load balancer, Redis, RabbitMQ

Main Responsibilities:

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
Help departments use technology profitably.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Communicate technology strategy to coworkers and investors.
Training and maintenance of development team members
Daily engagement with the team in reviewing issues and reviewing codes and planning for development

Requirements:

Unit-test
Professional Experience with Docker
Familiarity with Design patterns
Experience working with version control, such as Git
Experience using Agile/Scrum process to develop software systems
Experience with microservice design.
Complete mastery of concepts DevOps and CI
Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Leadership and organizational abilities.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Experienced in Back-End and Front-End programming
Effective communication and team leading skill
Systematic thinking and problem-solving skill
Result-oriented mindset

You should be able to:

Identify needs and problems and proactively drive to solutions
Work collaboratively with a variety of individuals and teams including design
Foster a culture of exploration and growth in the team
