شرح موقعیت شغلی

Join our small, pragmatic startup and work on a multi-year production system with real users. You’ll translate business needs into working code, build new features, improve existing systems, and work through legacy Java/SQL code. We value simplicity, clear thinking, and maintainable code over complexity and over-engineering.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with product and business to turn ideas into working features
Develop clean, maintainable Java code using Spring Boot
Improve and refactor a mature codebase without breaking things
Understand and debug legacy Java/SQL code
Write docs only when really needed (onboarding, complex flows)

Must-Have Skills

Strong Java (Java 8+, streams, functional concepts, concurrency)
Experience with the Spring ecosystem:
Spring Boot for building and running services
Spring Data for database access
Spring Security for authentication and authorization
Comfortable building REST APIs and background tasks with Spring
Clean code, SOLID principles, and OO design
Solid SQL Server experience: writing queries, performance tuning, understanding locks & transactions
Basic CI/CD and Docker familiarity (build, deploy, debug)

Nice to Have

Ability to read and debug SQL stored procedures
Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools
