شرح موقعیت شغلی

We at Monoppy are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to collaborate on designing unique user experiences and engaging interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces (UI) using Figma
  • Create and maintain a Design System with reusable components
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and marketing teams to deliver optimal user experiences (UX)
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve designs based on feedback
  • Deliver innovative and user-centered design solutions
  • Design motion icons and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement
  • Develop UI animations and smooth page transitions
  • Create animated icons and digital illustrations
  • Build a motion design library aligned with the design system
Skills & Requirements:

 Mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems)
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design
Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, color psychology, and typography
Familiarity with usability testing and UX research tools
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
Proficiency in After Effects and Lottie for motion graphics
Ability to design animated icons in Figma or Rive
Understanding of motion design principles (Timing, Easing, Hierarchy)
Experience in creating interactive motion prototypes (ProtoPie/Figma)
