شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities

Design and advise on the architecture of a synthetic index token that tracks the price of a basket of equities without transferring real ownership
Define and implement ERC-20 based synthetic tokens with mint and burn mechanisms
Design NAV calculation logic for basket-based tokens using on-chain and off-chain data
Integrate Chainlink Price Feeds and CCIP for secure and reliable market data and cross-chain communication
Design and manage dynamic basket rebalancing mechanisms while maintaining price stability
Define and optimize fee structures for minting and burning operations
Propose and implement price stabilization and risk control mechanisms for synthetic assets
Advise on deployment and scaling strategies across Ethereum and Layer 2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, BSC)
Analyze historical and real-time market data for financial modeling and prediction
Develop and optimize time-series forecasting models using Fourier Series, Holt-Winters, and Hurst Exponent
Integrate machine learning techniques to enhance prediction accuracy and adapt models to changing market conditions
Perform risk analysis, simulations, and backtesting of financial and predictive models
Continuously evaluate model performance and improve forecasting accuracy
Collaborate with product, mobile, and backend teams to integrate analytics and blockchain data into user-facing applications
Support the development of real-time dashboards and mobile applications for portfolio tracking and analytics
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay up to date with blockchain protocols, DeFi trends, and quantitative finance innovations

Skills & Qualifications

Blockchain & Smart Contracts

Strong experience with Ethereum smart contracts and ERC-20 token standards
Solid understanding of synthetic assets, index tokens, and DeFi protocols
Experience with mint/burn mechanisms, liquidity management, and fee models
Familiarity with price stabilization mechanisms and on-chain risk controls
Hands-on experience with Chainlink Price Feeds and Chainlink CCIP
Knowledge of oracle-based NAV calculation and basket rebalancing logic
Experience deploying contracts on Layer 2 or scalable networks such as Polygon, Arbitrum, or BSC
Strong understanding of smart contract security, audits, and best practices

Financial Markets & Token Design

Understanding of traditional financial markets and equity indices
Familiarity with tokenized assets, synthetic exposure models, and index tracking methodologies
Knowledge of tokenomics design and incentive mechanisms
Ability to design and evaluate basket-based financial products

Machine Learning & Quantitative Analysis

Strong background in time-series analysis and financial data modeling
Experience with Fourier Series, Holt-Winters models, and Hurst Exponent
Practical experience applying machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, tree-based models) to market prediction
Ability to combine statistical models with ML for improved forecasting accuracy
Experience in risk analysis, backtesting, and performance evaluation of trading or prediction models
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Data Engineering & APIs

Experience working with historical and real-time market data
Ability to integrate external APIs for price feeds, financial data, and analytics
Knowledge of data cleaning, feature engineering, and model monitoring

Mobile & Dashboard Development (Bonus)

Experience collaborating on or developing mobile applications for financial dashboards
Understanding of real-time data visualization and portfolio tracking
Familiarity with security best practices for user data, encryption, and authentication

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear business insights
Experience working in cross-functional teams (blockchain, data science, product)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Excellent communication skills in English
