شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in moj media company! The right fit as our Digital Marketing Specialist will be someone who gets excited about strengthening brand visibility, increasing website engagement, and improving conversion rates. Reporting to the Sr. Digital Specialist, this role will be supporting the marketing team as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, creating and optimizing content to improve engagement and customer conversion. The perfect candidate will see this position as an incredible opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities for Digital marketing Specialist

  • Provides support for campaigns through active team collaboration
  • Assist in developing content strategies
  • Assist in optimizing website for search engines (on-page SEO)
  • Create digital marketing campaign reports
  • Analyze competitors’ websites and online marketing initiatives
  • Manage SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Managing email marketing campaigns (Perform A/B testing)
  • Assist in driving brand success throughout all media channels
  • Assist in managing social media channels – particularly Facebook, Instagram, twitter and ... 
  • Assist with company-wide recognition programs to support the company’s mission, culture and values.

Qualifications for Digital marketing Specialist

  • 1-3 years previous experience in marketing or with a digital agency
  • SEO and PPC best practices, tracking, technical aptitude, analysis, and reporting
  • In-depth experience in Google Analytics
  • Website optimization tools and conversion tracking (UTM links, event tracking)
  • Experience in WordPress
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt and leverage emerging tech
