شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Zeema (Modiran Tejarat IFA), we are looking to add a talented, creative, and experienced marketing manager to build our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Developing marketing strategies
Creating and managing marketing plans professionally
Planning & implementing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Managing and developing channels for attracting users measuring user behavior and increasing the engagement rate
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns
Identifying market trends and optimizing the performance according to market trend
Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to and creating valuable content for landing pages, slogan, Ads and social media.
Managing any content based on brand image and business objectives
Proficient in content creation is a must
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Building an agile and effective marketing team
Monitoring ROI and KPI
Providing practical reports on a weekly/monthly, and quarterly basis

Requirements :

More than 3 years of experience in the related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing
Ability to set up and manage a team
