شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team! In this role you are responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing and optimizing marketing channels, budgeting and forecasting and the following responsibilities:

•Develop, implement, and manage performance acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and display networks to drive revenue and increase ROI.
•Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, optimize bidding strategies, and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve advertising objectives such as lead generation or website traffic.
•Regularly analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
•Collect advertising data from dashboards, including campaign CAC, CPA, CPC, CPI, and other conversion rates.
•Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative teams, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
•Work towards product roadmaps, translating requirements in the set-up of GA4 tagging and ensuring that Google Tag Manager and data layers are integrated across sites.
•Ability to plan and execute multiple integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels that align with the brand and generates engagement

Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
•proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize campaign performance.
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools, GA4, Search console, Tag manager, Google ads, Data studio.
•Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude.
