Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress development, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems. They should have a proven track record of developing custom WordPress plugins, customizing templates, and optimizing websites for SEO.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites for our company, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements, including e-commerce and CRM integrations
Write custom WordPress plugins to extend functionality and meet unique business needs
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and improve website visibility and ranking
Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO optimizations to enhance site performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites, plugins, and integrations
Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a minimum of 4 years
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and optimization
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to implement technical SEO optimizations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with hybrid and flexible hourly work arrangements is a plus
