Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and recommend best practices to improve development processes.

Skills & Qualification:

Have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7), React, Redux, and related web technologies.
Experience with CSS preprocessors, such as Sass or Less.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Vite, Babel, Webpack, Yarn, etc.
Experience in responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with PWA architecture, principles, and best practices, including Service Workers, Web App Manifests, and caching strategies.
Solid understanding in Git.
Excellent communication skills, consistently achieving consensus with peers and providing clear status updates.
Eagle-eye for detail and a commitment to perfection are essential, along with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with Tailwind or Mantine.
Familiarity with writing automated tests (e.g., Jest, Karma, Mocha, etc.).
Experience with Docker, and CI/CI Pipelines.
