We are on the lookout for a seasoned Data Scientist who is not just adept at theoretical knowledge but also boasts hands-on experience in turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable data pipelines, and develop scalable data ingestion and processing systems.
Lead end-to-end machine learning processes - from data collection, cleansing, and augmentation to model development, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
Proficient in working with machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest, KNN, and others, applying them effectively in practical scenarios.
Specialize in advanced data augmentation techniques, including SMOTE, GANs, etc., to optimize performance, particularly with imbalanced datasets.
Implement models and algorithms using scikit-learn, NumPy, and Python, ensuring the code is clean, maintainable, and scalable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning technologies into our products and workflows.
Regularly monitor, evaluate, and tune the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, and advocate for the adoption of new and efficient practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, and data engineering roles.
Strong expertise in Python programming and familiarity with key libraries like scikit-learn and NumPy.
Proven track record in building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
Solid experience in data pipeline and workflow management tools.
Deep knowledge of data augmentation techniques and their real-world applications.
