Responsibilities:

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deeply understand user needs and craft research that informs product design.
Design and conduct user studies, including surveys, usability testing, and interviews, to validate hypotheses and drive design decisions.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that can be clearly communicated to stakeholders and team members.
Work closely with designers and developers to ensure research findings are integrated into product designs effectively.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in UX research to continuously improve our practices.
Present research findings and strategic guidance to stakeholders to influence product direction.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of UX research experience in a dynamic, agile work environment.
Demonstrated ability in conducting high-quality qualitative and quantitative research.
Proficiency with UX research tools and platforms such as UserTesting, Lookback, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
A track record of using research to positively impact the user experience and product strategy.
