شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Flutter Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team. You’ll help build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth, consistent, and scalable user experiences.

Our product is focused on health and telemedicine, with a special emphasis on weight loss. While the company is based in Spain, our Tehran office handles tech and product development, working in a hybrid mode (remote + onsite).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Flutter apps with clean, modular, and testable code.
Implement Clean Architecture with GetX for state management and Dio for networking.
Ensure design consistency and high-quality UI by following our design system.
Configure and manage Flavors for multiple app environments.
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
Collaborate with the team on feature planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Practical knowledge of GetX, Dio, and Clean Architecture.
Strong understanding of app structure, modularization, and scalability.
Familiarity with design systems and attention to UI details.
Experience working with Flavors and environment configurations.
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and workflows.
Comfortable with Git and collaborative development practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play.
Familiarity with Firebase or similar cloud tools.
Experience writing unit, widget, or integration tests.
Exposure to startup or fast-paced development environments.
