Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can help us increase revenue, retain customer loyalty, and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor competitors' activities and develop counter strategies.
- Develop and implement sales training programs.
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and manage periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability in negotiation
- Experience at least 3 years in Sales
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills
- Creative thinking
