شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re now rebuilding our app from the ground up to deliver a faster, more modern experience and we’re looking for a Golang Developer to join our core development team.

About the Role

As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing the new cross-platform mobile application for Mamak. You’ll work closely with backend engineers (Golang), designers, and product managers to deliver a seamless, high-performance mobile experience for our users.

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment, where flexibility, ownership, and a product-focused mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Flutter mobile application for Android and iOS based on the requirements for the new application.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services.
Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices.
Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
Participate in designing intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with the design team.
Debug and fix issues quickly, ensuring high app stability and user satisfaction.
Work with Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
Contribute to an Agile development workflow with sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
Take ownership of features from concept to delivery and iteration.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience developing cross-platform apps with Flutter and Dart.
Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and/or App Store.
Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, GetX).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
Good grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive design for various screen sizes.
Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
Working proficiency in English (for programming, documentation, and communication).
Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment with frequent changes and rapid iteration.
A product mindset: care about usability, user satisfaction, and long-term maintainability.

Nice to Have

Experience in education or edtech applications.
Being a former Kanoon (Ghalamchi) student is a plus.
Familiarity with backend integration (especially Golang or Firebase).
Knowledge of CI/CD for Flutter apps and automated testing.
Experience with app analytics, push notifications, and in-app purchases.
