Foreign Commercial Expert:

Responsibilities:

Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports etc.
Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoice to shipping documents
Make a supreme effort on product Category
Vendor Hunting Strategy Definition and Lead Generation Management
Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility
Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone etc
Answer to inquiries and following them
Category Operation and legal challenges management
Ensure that your cross-functional team is always working on the most important and impactful work.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Fluent in Business English (Upper-intermediate) writing, reading, and speaking.
Fluent in MS Office.
Minimum One years of work experience in Commercial field
Related Market Knowledge (IT Equipment’s specially Laptops) (preferential option)
Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing them, and meeting deadlines
Familiar with commercial and international business terms, contracts and regulations
Be available to travel.
