Job Description:
- Main Objective: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
- Plan and execute all webs, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Over 3 years’ experience in a marketing role in Fashion industry.
- Extensive experiences with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
- Experience with video editing an asset;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Good in English skills (Reading and writing)
- Computer Skills: MS Office - Experience in IT Market or background within IT industry is an Advantage
