Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our team. As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of immersive and engaging Unity-based games and interactive experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative projects.



Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Unity-based games and interactive experiences, from concept to release.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable code structures, ensuring performance and optimization across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and visual effects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, project timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, tools, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the development process.
  • Identify and address technical risks and challenges, proposing innovative solutions.


Hard Skills

  • Extensive experience in Unity game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing released games or interactive experiences.
  • Proficiency in C# programming language and in-depth knowledge of the Unity framework.
  • Expertise in architecting and implementing complex gameplay mechanics, UI systems, and visual effects.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
  • Solid knowledge of 3D math, physics, and graphics rendering techniques.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient code, following coding standards and best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a bonus.
