Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our team. As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of immersive and engaging Unity-based games and interactive experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality and innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Unity-based games and interactive experiences, from concept to release.
Architect scalable and maintainable code structures, ensuring performance and optimization across different platforms.
Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and visual effects.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, project timelines, and resource allocation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity features, tools, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the development process.
Identify and address technical risks and challenges, proposing innovative solutions.

Hard Skills

Extensive experience in Unity game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing released games or interactive experiences.
Proficiency in C# programming language and in-depth knowledge of the Unity framework.
Expertise in architecting and implementing complex gameplay mechanics, UI systems, and visual effects.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging for different platforms.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Solid knowledge of 3D math, physics, and graphics rendering techniques.
Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient code, following coding standards and best practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a bonus.
