شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Data Analyst, to enable decision-makers in Mediana for data-driven decision making, and also to perform analytical tasks in areas where key decisions are being made. The role requires advanced analytical skills, hands-on approach on analytical tools, business sense and communication skills.

Job Description:

Design and develop metrics and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Validate and audit data accuracy and the functionality of existing dashboards.
Manage the collection and validation of user requirements for data analytics.
Lead the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
Coordinate with data engineers to ensure data infrastructure meets analytics needs.
Oversee and mentor junior data analysts in their daily tasks and projects.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver insights on internal operations.
Manage stakeholder communication for clarifying data requirements and reporting results.
Review and refine analytical processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in data analysis in a tech-focused environment.
Strong proficiency with SQL and experience in using SQL Server databases.
Solid understanding of data warehousing and OLAP principles.
Expertise in a major data visualization tool (Power BI is preferred)
Capability to work with self-service data tools like Metabase
Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

Proficiency in handling and analyzing unstructured data
Experience in a fast-paced, evolving business setting
Familiarity with data science concepts, particularly in NLP and fraud detection algorithms
