شرح موقعیت شغلی

Mediana seeks a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to elevate our expanding product line in a fast-paced tech environment.


Job Description:


  • Work within a team of skilled professionals to plan, deploy, and ensure continuous operation of business-critical applications.
  • Emphasize team engagement and knowledge sharing to enhance project outcomes. Advocate DevOps Best Practices: Act as a consultant to development teams and broader engineering groups, promoting the adoption of DevOps methodologies.
  • Aim to reduce manual toil, thereby increasing efficiency and job satisfaction within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly by engaging necessary resources. Focus on minimizing impact to customers through quick and efficient issue resolution.
  • Ensure reliability and availability of applications and services.
  • Share in the on-call responsibilities, demonstrating readiness to handle and resolve critical issues outside of normal working hours, ensuring system integrity and availability. 
Required Skills:

  •  Strong background in Linux/Unix and Windows server administration, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in container and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes, across various cloud platforms.
  • Support and optimize containerized applications developed in diverse programming languages such as PHP, Go, C#, and Python.
  • Solid understanding of version control using Git/GitFlow, emphasizing collaborative development and conflict resolution. 
  • Expertise in managing data storage solutions, including Key-Value stores (Redis), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Proven ability in managing web servers and load balancing solutions (Nginx, HAproxy), ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Experience in integrating and managing messaging and pub/sub systems like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, and Kafka within enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative team dynamics.
Nice to have: 

  • Expertise in ansible
