شرح موقعیت شغلی

At HamrahAcademy, we are looking for a Back-end Python Developer to join our Product Development department. Your responsibilities include Algorithm Design, Database Design, Code Writing, and Deployment. To be successful in this role, you should read the requirements!

Responsibilities:

Write modular and maintainable code.
Fixes bugs/regressions.
Optimize and scale the performance of existing systems.
Identify potential performance bottlenecks.
Identifying architectural issues that may hinder development may need assistance from the team solving such matters.
Work on multiple projects as needed.

Requirements:

The position we have open is for a Mid-Level Back-end Developer. We define Mid-Level technical qualities as follow:

Technicals:

B.Sc. in Computer Science/ B.Eng. in Computer Engineering / B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics.
In-depth knowledge in Python Development, Web Development, and Algorithm Design.
Strong experience solving technical challenges with Python.
Knowledge of Python web frameworks: Django, DRF (FastAPI is a bonus)
Database technologies proficiency: PostgreSQL (multiple-joins, aggregates, optimized queries)
Cache technologies proficiency: Redis (object cache, syncing with DB tables, view/response cache)
Knowledge of webservers: Nginx (configure a subdomain/subdirectory, meet minimum security measures, and optimization)
Experience with Git (know how to push, pull, merge, resolve conflicts, Etc.)
Experience with Linux: Debian, Ubuntu (basic shell commands, know your way in a Linux shell overall!)
Experience with Docker (writing a Dockerfile, docker-compose file, making an image of your code and running it)
Familiar with API design and microservice design.
Familiar with Message Brokers, like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Familiar with Task queues, like Celery.
Familiar with gRPC.
Extras:
- Familiar with Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL replication, and Load Balancing.
- Familiar with Cassandra.
- Familiar with Object Storages, specifically Minio (what it is, how it works, how to work with its clients, what are buckets, bucket policies, Etc.)
- Familiar with Networking fundamentals (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP).
