شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer for interesting projects for our international clients. If you’re ready for the new adventures and experiences, join our fast growing and talented team.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

** Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related fields

** At least 3+ years of proven hands-on development experience

** Strong analytical skills

** Good command of English.

Requirements:

** Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math or equivalent highly technical field;

** Experienced in computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, data structures and algorithm
design;

** Proficient in coding and scripting with Python, R, C++, Java or other equivalent statistics and machine learning tools;

** Hands-on experience with python ML/DS packages (NumPy / Pandas / Scikit-Learn /MatPlotLib / Seaborn);

** Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Containerisation Techniques;

** Proven ability to implement and operate at large scale;

** Experience in doing preliminary data analysis and data quality checks;

** Good understanding of POC (Proof of Concept) requirements and concept;

** Good understanding of different error metrics application for wide classes (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learnings) of ML/DS problems, sense of model efficiency measurement, evaluation techniques and model interpretation methods;

** Working knowledge in Software Development for distributed and/or parallel computing systems, Version Control (Git);

** Experience working in the learning field, recommendations and/or personalization. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to a wide audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into action.

Desirable skills:

** PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math or equivalent highly technical field (Probability/Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus).

** Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques (UMLFiT, BERT, LSTM, Attention).
