• Basic Microsoft office skills
• Multi-tasking
• the ability to communicate effectively in English with people in a professional manner
• fast-paced
• English fluency is a must
• Must be able to learn and comprehend mortgage software.
• Must be able to learn accounting and financial Software, QuickBooks for instance.
