شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Design the UI/UX of MamanPaz applications and website to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Provide design guidance and establish UI/UX standards to ensure consistency with our brand identity.
Conduct user tests and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Accurately understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions and proposals.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 successfully implemented projects in UI/UX design.
Ability to benchmark against industry standards and provide best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or other design and prototyping tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and provide design solutions.
Familiarity with popular design systems and frameworks.
Expertise in designing and implementing user behavior analysis methods for a deeper understanding of user needs.
Sufficient experience in creating and executing Wireframes, Prototypes, Storyboards, and User Flows.
Knowledge of user interface tests, including Usability Testing and Heatmap analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
