Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that align with the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of product delivery, both internally and with key external partners from shaping product vision to overseeing production releases.

Define and document product objectives, positioning strategies, budget requirements, and team structure including roles and responsibilities.

Create and manage a product backlog including epics and user stories.

Track and communicate product health through relevant metrics and KPIs

Conduct and facilitate usability testing sessions to ensure product-market fit.

Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements and prototypes.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver products quickly and efficiently, balancing quality with speed.

Engage with stakeholders and other product managers to clearly define and communicate business problems in solvable terms.

Work with internal marketing and business teams to define go-to-market plans, communication strategies, training materials, and sales enablement assets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights and ensure continued satisfaction.

Visit clients to better understand their needs and provide tailored support and product training.

Own and maintain the product roadmap, including benchmarking and R&D to evaluate feasibility and propose improvements.

Be accountable for delivering product outcomes, including performance targets related to product quality, timeline, cost, and ROI.

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience in product management or as an Associate Product Manager/Owner.

A successful track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle.

Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present them effectively to senior leadership.

Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a hands-on attitude is a must.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
