شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an exprienced QA Tester to help the iApps Team by Reporting to the tech lead and working alongside our existing team of developers to ensure that the work that is produced by us is of high quality and directly meets the needs of the stakeholders/clients.

Responsibilities

Acceptance/API testing of mobile and web iApps's products, find their potential bugs and properly report them
Developing automated testing scripts using a variety of programming languages such as Java, JS, or Python
Reviewing applications for potential defects or flaws in design or functionality before they are released to the public
Participating in meetings with other members of the development team to discuss testing strategies and issues that have arisen during testing
Designing test cases to ensure that new features work properly with other existing features
Prioritize test cases and define bug severity
Performing manual testing of applications to identify bugs or errors in functionality
Analyzing data from previous tests to identify common issues or problems that should be addressed during new tests
Reporting bugs and test results to programmers or project managers for further investigation
Creating documentation about test results and procedures for future reference
Learn and share knowledge with other team members

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
Minimum of 2-year software testing experience, preferably in an agile environment
Ability to define test cases from functional requirements
Experience with API testing tools like Postman, …
Teamwork skills including communication skills and task management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Expert in cross browser/environment testing
Experience of specific tools and processes used in web software testing
Knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to “think outside of the box”
An aptitude for ongoing learning and ability to develop skill sets
Professional, positive and results oriented approach
Focused and enjoys working independently
