شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help the iApps Team in a way that continuously improves the team's capability to maximize the generated business value.

Responsibilities

Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint, and demos, etc.
Maintain Epics and Stories in Agile tools
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity. at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans and engaging in work product reviews.
Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done (DoD).
Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.

Skills And Qualifications

Fluent in English
Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility and results-driven approach
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
At least 1 year of experience in a scrum master role.
