شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is passionate about games to improve a game product, based on users’ data, different benchmarks and market trends. As a key account manager you should constantly be in touch with the development team and concentrate on every single aspect of a game to polish it for gamers and improve different KPIs of the game. In this position you have to provide reports, plans and roadmap for the development team and work closely with them to keep game development agile and hit the targets.

Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager, you will work on the following based on market research, benchmarks, and teamwork:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the development team.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the game product.
  • Forecast, track and set the game short-term and long-term KPIs and a roadmap to achieve it.
  • Prioritize user stories and help the team with finding the best solutions for problems at hand.
  • Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep the product development team moving fast and agile to achieve the product goals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to product’s needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team and provide them weekly/monthly reports including: new Ideas, recommendations and modifications to be implemented in the game based on different benchmarks.
  • Take immediate action for urgent requests.
  • Drive efficient, well-defined, seamless process throughout the team
Requirements:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the game and app industry
  • Good at strategic thinking and able to create a long-term strategic plan and roadmap.
  • Ability of time management and handling critical situations
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with accuracy and attention to details (Microsoft Excel knowledge)
  • Ability to deliver creative solutions based on the product’s needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent at providing reports and presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge)
  • Quick learner, self-driven, motivated and persistent
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Persian and English. (Ability to Write/speak in Arabic language is a plus)
