شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Engineer to ensure seamless performance and quality across our diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing testing frameworks, setting quality standards, and paving the way for QA team growth. You will have the unique opportunity to work on cross-functional projects that impact multiple aspects of our ecosystem, including mobile, web, and backend services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage testing strategies for iOS, Android, web applications, and backend APIs.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts, ensuring efficient and thorough coverage.
Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to address issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality across platforms.
Perform both functional and non-functional testing, including performance, load, and security tests.
Establish best practices for QA and document procedures, laying the groundwork for a scalable QA team.
Potentially mentor junior QA engineers, with a clear growth path to a lead QA role.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on cross-platform testing.
Expertise in mobile (iOS, Android) and web application testing, along with backend API testing.
Hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Postman, Appium, JIRA, and more.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and potential edge cases.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience in implementing and managing both manual and automated testing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of scripting or coding languages for test automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and agile methodologies.
Experience with performance and security testing tools.
Experience with mentoring or leading QA engineers.
