About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support our growing focus on data-informed decision-making across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll help gather data from different sources — including ERP systems like Hamkaran, spreadsheets, and internal tools — and transform it into useful insights and dashboards for teams across the company.

 You’ll work alongside the IT team and collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and other departments to identify data needs, build reports, and help teams better understand their performance through visuals and analysis. The work is practical, cross-functional, and impactful.

We’re building up our internal data capabilities, so we’re looking for someone who’s both analytical and curious, comfortable working independently but also eager to collaborate and learn from others.


What You’ll Do

  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including Excel, Hamkaran ERP, and internal tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, or similar tools to visualize KPIs and trends
  • Work with different departments to understand their questions and turn them into data projects or insights
  • Conduct exploratory analysis and identify improvement opportunities in operations, planning, or reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation checks and quality control

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1+ year of practical experience in data analysis — internships, projects, or freelance are valid
  • Solid skills in SQL, Excel, and preferably some Python or R
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization (Power BI, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of statistics and a knack for uncovering useful insights
  • Good communication skills – you can explain your findings in a clear and practical way
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Hamkaran) or experience in a production/operations environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • A mindset for process improvement and an interest in automation or storytelling through data
  • Familiarity with data modeling, pipeline building is welcome but not required
