شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Based on previous marketing experiments, we believe that a high volume of demand-side users will come from Search Engine Marketing, which we agree with, especially in the early days. As the company grows, and because of different market conditions, clickthrough rates will decrease and pay-per-click costs will increase, so it is important for LegaMart not to solely focus on paid acquisition methods. We will also expand on this point in our proposed strategy

We have identified three approaches to build our SEO Strategy
1- Client approach (keywords mainly focus on Clients persona)
2- Topic or area of practice approach (keywords mainly focus on legal area of practice)
3- Service approach (keywords mainly categorized: based on our services))

Responsibilities
a)Develop and execute successful SEO strategies

b) Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization initiatives including On-Page Optimization and SEO audits, Quality Link Acquisition Skills, Google-friendly natural Off-Page Optimization,, Keyword Research, Content Writing Strategy, Local SEO, and other SEO initiatives to meet target digital marketing goals, increase Organic Search Traffic and SERP ranking dominance.

c)Manage all online advertising/pay per click and SEO campaigns including processes, requirements, tactics and execution

· Page optimization of meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance, etc.

· Evaluate link building and Backlinks

· Enhance lead generation, capture, and reporting systems

· Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

· Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

· Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

· Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

· Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

· Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

Requirements

· Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
· Experience with SEO reporting
· Excellent ENGLISH communication skills
