شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented Product Manager who will take ownership of execution of the strategic vision set forth by the product executive leadership. Specifically, the PM will lead the technical team process through the progressive elaboration process including technical scope, work with development on estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint execution steps. Acts as a liaison between key stakeholders.
Product Management

-Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

-Scope, prioritize and documentation product requirements based on business, market problems and customer impact and product launch planning and execution

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

-Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

-Leading usability testing in cooperation with design team and portfolio teams

- Make buy/build/partner decisions and manage internal stakeholders

-Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives and other product management team members

Business Development Planning

- Attend industry functions, such as bar association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

-Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales or market share.

New Business Development

- Contact within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in software, system and/or business analysis.
Experience with B2B integration methodologies, and building scalable communities
LegalTech Industry experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of information technology operations and procedures.
Experience with Software testing and QA

Specialized Skills:

Ability to act as liaison between users/clients and the software development team.
The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Instrumentation design for utilization of features.
Problem-solving analytical skills, persona development and journey mapping.
Excellent knowledge of PC based computer systems, task management skills with Trello, Jira and/or Asana, Word/Docs, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Ability to visualize product roadmaps and features via BPMNs.
Solid English Skills (Verbal and Writing)
Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
