شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to become part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of software testing and have at least 3 years of hands-on experience. The candidate must be comfortable working in Agile environments, have a solid grasp of testing processes, and fully understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the associated testing priorities.
This position is part-time, and we will be working with the candidate two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute detailed test plans and scripts for various software applications.
Participate in efforts to continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Work closely and efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Effectively track and manage software defects, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Perform thorough regression tests to ensure software stability with each release.
Offer insights and suggestions for process and product improvements.
Develop and maintain automated tests for essential workflows to boost testing efficiency.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in software testing.

Key Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or a similar position.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with testing front-end, backend, API, and database systems.
A good understanding of the SDLC and experience working in Agile environments.
Experience working with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
A strong desire to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Experience with tools like Postman or similar is a plus.
